There should be a button "Refresh available repositories" next to
where you select the MythTV version on the Repositories tab. Click
that. When the download completes, re-select the settings you want
and Apply them. Then do:

  sudo apt-get update
  sudo apt-get upgrade

If that does not fix it, then try deselecting all the updates
repositories options, Applying that, the re-selecting the updates
repositories and Applying again, then do the apt-get commands again.
