It's fixed in 0.28-pre. Now GetSetting returns a single setting and
GetSettingList returns all of them (like the 0.27 endpoint does.)

At least I think you're suggesting that GetSetting should have been
named GetSettings. In my limited experience, endpoints won't be
changed once the release is made. So I wouldn't expect to see a
fix in 0.27.
