If I go to http://localhost/mythweb

I get the following error;

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /mythweb on this server.

Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 80

I know that there are supposed to be symlinks (according to the search
on the web), and that Ubuntu/linuxMint have the incorrect symlinks.

the new TV season is upon us, and I'd like to get it working. I had a
functioning debian system. it was no where near this difficult.
