[mythtv-users] 0.28 or port external recorder?

In the past I have submitted patches for mythweb. There's one issue that's
bugged me for a while where the Delete+Rerecord doesn't work (recording is
deleted, but not marked to re-record). I suspect it happened when the UTC
change occurred, and probably the code path it uses is only used by
mythweb, which is why it hasn't really been noticed. My suspicion is that
it's a timezone conversion thing. I dug through the backend code at one
point but couldn't figure out what format of arguments it was expecting. In
my limited experimenting I couldn't get it to work anyway.
