[mythtv-users] Machine hung -- lists of recorded programs and upcoming recordings empty.

I tried:

rsteff at ThinkCentre-M58p:~$ less 
/usr/share/doc/mythtv-docs-0.21/contrib/optimize_mythdb.pl
/usr/share/doc/mythtv-docs-0.21/contrib/optimize_mythdb.pl: No such file 
or directory

I also tried to CD into /usr/share/doc and got the same error message. 
Using ls in /usr/share I can see that doc is there, but I can't CD into it.
