[mythtv-users] FX network not found

Within the past week or two, mythtv is no longer able to tune to FX.
However, other cable channels work without issue (SyFy, Spike, TBS, HGTV,
etc). Since the fall schedule is just starting, I haven't notice this
problem until I tried to record a show a few days ago. To further
complicate the problem, I updated the firmware on my HDHomerun Prime about
a week ago. I thought the problem was with the firmware, but I'm able to
successfully tune to FX using Windows Media Center.
I was going to submit a ticket with Silicon Dust until I saw everything
working with Windows Media Center.
TV Source - Verizon FIOS
Tuner Card - HDHomeRun Prime (cable card)
Channel affect - 553 (aka FX network)
MythTV Version : v0.27.5-5-g32fd396
I have included mythbackend logs at the bottom of the email. Any help is
appreciated.
