It has been a while since I did this, but I know that this file was
generated and that I successfully used it for controlling MythTV with
lirc. Note - after generating the file, using it for receiving and
controlling MythTV works from normal distances - holding the remote
close to the Iguana was only necessary while using the irrecord.
