Those deb-multimedia repositories are designed for plain Debian. The
better approach for ubuntu is to use the Mythbuntu PPA which publishes
builds designed for Ubuntu
Latest stable version:
https://launchpad.net/~mythbuntu/+archive/ubuntu/0.27
That page gives instructions for installing (see "Adding this PPA to
your system").

Also, bear in mind the Wily version of Ubuntu is only supported for 9
months. It may be better to wait for the next version 16.04 which will
be supported for 5 years.

Ubuntu version Wily uses systemd whereas mythtv has up to now been built
using Upstart. I don't know if this has been changed in the PPA build
yet so you may have some issues with the backend not starting up. This
is another reason it may be better to wait for 16.04.
