The filenames are unchanged. recordedid can be used to access the recording
rather than the 'old' chanid + starttime. It doesn't appear that Python/Perl
bindings allow it's use _at this time_.

The Services API has frequent references to it. For example Dvr/GetRecorded
allows either RecordedId or (ChanId and StartTime.)
