My Zotac ZBOX ION-based frontends have been playing full 1080p video
beautifully for years, but do run closer to 15 watts. They are not quite in
the sub-10 watt category, but video quality trade-offs are not worth it to
me. They can still be purchased used on eBay, but will soon be non-existent.
