It depends on your use case. I'm using one in the family car to drive 
three 640 x 480 displays. It works great, and gives the users (my kids) 
the same UI they are used to at home.

But if you want sharp display of 1080i content that is free of tearing 
and jerkiness, it might not work well enough for you.
