[mythtv-users] Hauppauge WinTV-HVR2200 and saa7164 driver

Hello,
 
I saw that this issue has been discussed already few years ago. I am
also not quite sure whether this is the right list. If not, could
somebody please point me to the right one?

I purchased a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR2200 card and followed the
driver and firmware installation documentation. It seems that this
version of the HW is not being handled by the version of the driver
or the firmware, though I tried to get the latest ones.

For now I collected the following information:

lspci -nn|grep  Ph

Kernel: 3.16.0-4-amd64

Though I don't know right now whether I took the kernel driver or the
self compiled version. I'll check that.

After loading the saa7164 module I found
