Yes, you must delete the existing any channel rule, otherwise, you
cannot create a new rule for the show--you can only create a rule for a
show that doesn't already match a rule.

Perfect description of what to do, except the 2nd rule you create (for
the "other" channel you don't want to record from) can be an "any
channel" rule with lower recording priority so that you have your any
channel rule, but a preference for the one channel. Otherwise, you will
record only from the 2 "this channel" channels, even if it moves to a
different channel later.
