     As an end-user but not a programmer it seems that programs like 
"SickBeard" have found a better way to complete a series. To be able to 
type in the name of a series you would like to watch and have the 
backend record, remove commercials, and transcode the episodes that we 
have paid to receive, would make MythTV the best option for storing and 
viewing video IMHO
