[mythtv-users] Check DVB device

I have this issue as well. Unfortunately, rebooting the backend isn't
really a viable solution, since it's my main home server.

In the past I've unloaded all the appropriate drivers and that sometimes
works.

I think in the past I had fewer issues when I got the dvb drivers directly
from linuxtv, but that doesn't survive a kernel update.
