Mobile what? That's less than 88MHz, below FM radio.

Then on the high end of UHF, channel 51 is being repurposed for 700MHz LTE
Band 12. This is the on the low end for them, which will help with rural
and indoor coverage. Our local channel 51 moved last month to 31.
