Graph Template which uses SNMP rather then a local command but may require
some additional configuration to provide access.

This graph template breaks down how much of the memory usage is being used
by Buffers or Cache.

As Simon mentioned the OS will use as much memory as possible to cache data
on disk in memory for faster retrieval if needed again.
