It is in the Schedule Options section of the recording rules screen
when you create or modify them via MythWeb.


Schedule Options
Inactive:
Auto-expire recordings:
Record new and expire old:     <---- Enable this.
No. of recordings to keep:       <---- Set this to 1.
Start Early:
End Late:
