Has any kind soal on this list got mythweb to work on archlinux?

If they have may I please have a copy (you may mail me directly)
 
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
/etc/httpd/conf/extra/mythweb.conf

and from /etc/php/php.ini
open_basedir
mine is
open_basedir = /srv/http/:/usr/share/pear/:/usr/share/webapps/:/usr/local/share/mythtv/:/usr/share/mythtv/

more detail:
I have

        setenv include_path      "/usr/local/share/mythtv”

but get (this is all the browser shows)

Above says we should not be looking at /usr/share/mythtv but we are
