Recording does not involve decoding of H.264 - it all just gets
written to disk exactly as received. It is decoded on playback, just
like for MPEG2. So any problems recording from those channels will
likely be because they are encrypted, and maybe since they are new
channels they are doing something new with them to do with how they
are transmitted, like setting of the copy flags that prevents MythTV
from decrypting them.
