If a letter is going to be seen by the people that could make the
change, I would try writing it to to the presidents of the networks
in question rather than the group.  The one network where you
might have a chance to make a change is Fox News, since they
historically wanted to get their content to the largest audience
possible.  Saying that you can no longer view The O'Reilly Factor
might make someone unhappy (send a copy to Bill himself saying
that Fox is preventing you from watching him!  He is more likely
than you to be taken seriously inside Fox News).  Fox sports, I
suspect you have a smaller likelihood of success (since sports
has been the area where the cost of sports programming is
becoming unsustainable in the current models the fastest).
