It looks like this will take a few more days to resolve one way or the
other.  The CSR I dealt with last night called a short while ago to
follow up.  I'm not sure he really understands the issue with the CCI
bits.  When I answered that the problem still persists, he wondered if
there was something more he needed to do to configure my cablecards.
If he hasn't escalated the problem to someone who knows about CCI yet,
hepefully he eventually will when I keep reporting that the problem
still exists.
