My /etc/modprobe.d has several nvidia files:

nvidia-304_hybrid.conf
nvidia-319_hybrid.conf
nvidia-331_hybrid.conf
nvidia-current_hybrid.conf
nvidia-graphics-drivers.conf ->
/etc/alternatives/x86_64-linux-gnu_nvidia_modconf

Which would I add it to?
