[mythtv-users] VCR capture recommendation - solution & update

I'm using my old PVR-250.  The VCR is connected to the composite input.  
In Myth, I set channel 1 to be the VCR input, so to record, I just do a 
manual record for the next two hours, pop in a tape, stop it when it's 
done, and use lossless transcoding to clip the ends of the recording.
