Would it be possible for you to format your mails as text-only?

Reading HTML mails as plain-text produces a large, dense, unreadable block with 
strange foreign characters embedded in it.

Almost everybody who reads this mailing list seems to use plain-text which is 
readable by everyone around the world.

In addition the use of plain-text prevents any embedded scripts or attachments 
from being automatically run when the message is opened.
