[mythtv-users] Fw: Metadata lookup problem with movies

running the command manually gives me 

Unable to access cache file: /home/steve/.mythtv/pytmdb3.cache
the /home/steve/.mythtv/pytmdb3.cache does not exist. I also did a search on the whole system and the pytmdb3.cache file does not exist anywhere.
