[mythtv-users] UK_Atlas Unknown xmltv channel identifier

I've gone through a full reinstall of OS & mythtv BE, have come to configure xmltv and it works for the vast majority of channels.
there are one or two it refuses to get xml data for. BBC1 for example.

grepping the info out, it seems 'westmidlands.bbc1.bbc.co.uk' is the most appropriate.

Unknown xmltv channel identifier: westmidlands.bbc1.bbc.co.uk - Skipping channel.

even xmltv says the XMLID is correct: http://supplement.xmltv.org/tv_grab_uk_atlas/tv_grab_uk_atlas.map.channels.conf

what gives? other BBC channels (bbc1HD, bbc2, bbc3 etc) are all getting data. When i generated the conf files for xmltv, i enabled all channels.
What have other brits got in their config to get this working?
