BHTB is the former Paragon, plus Advance/Newhouse, formerly referred to as
Time Warner, and before that, Vision Cable.  My understanding is they've 
been pretty good about CCA(?) marking in this market, and while it's been
threatened that they'll drop analog, they ain't yet.
