I've been watching this thread go by thinking it doesn't apply to me in 
HDHR Prime/Comcast land. But it does. Who knows what Comcast may do in 
the future.

My old HDPVR has been sitting in the garage as insurance. The news that 
this is old and unsupported tech saddens me.

The analog hole must stay open. I pledge to make a financial 
contribution to any driver development for the HDPVR2 even though I have 
no need for it now.

How about setting up a crowd-funding project? That way the developer can 
let us know what his/her target is. Maybe draw in some projects other 
than Myth.
