[mythtv-users] A little help clarifying dummy tuners and HD ringbuffers

I would try to delete the dummy tuners except I'm not sure what command to
use or where to find them. They don't show up in the backend setup with the
other capture cards. E.g. under capture cards I have the Prime network
tuner listed showing DeviceID (in my case 13133E73)-0, 13133E73-1, and
13133E73-2. As a side note, I've also found the max HD Ringbuffer setting
is 96256Kb (94Mb). I'm wondering why there is a cap on this?
