Thanks for your input, Hika. I tried adding ServerName, and next to it the 
IP (with or without the angle brackets) for the MythTV machine on my LAN, 
at the very beginning of the referenced file. But after having done that 
and having restarted Apache, I get the same results: a timeout from the 
browser on another machine on my LAN, when trying to access that address. 
Any other things I might look at or try?
