I have been keeping my eye on a GT 730 as a step up from a 610 also.  
TomsHardware has  Video card guide every month.  For the GT730, they 
state that the 64 bit / GDDR5 versions are the way to go.  The 128 bit 
versions are slower due to a slower GPU.  It seems backwards, but that 
it what they state.
