I've not had much success with mythtranscode logs. If you do:
mythbackend --setverbose libav
and make another attempt to transcode a stream, there *may* be some information
of value added. I'm not holding my breath.
Are you by any chance building 0.27 from source. Asking because there are flags
that must be added. Also, "Added logging to mythlogserver" line is unexpected
for 0.27 (won't solve this problem, but --disable-mythlogserver should be used,
as the logserver has been the source of some obscure issues.) In 0.28-pre, I'm
using:
./configure \
--enable-libx264 \
--enable-nonfree \
--enable-libfaac

That is a good idea, see my other response in this thread, but I
don't think it's the cause of the errors above.
(I never tried using 'streaming', rather 'Streaming' is at least the
conventional choice, maybe case isn't important. I just don't know.)
If you do change, don't forget to clean out your old ~mythtv/.mythtv/tmp/hls
directory (maybe it's already empty given your transcode error.)
