Thanks for posting that.
Always glad to hear someone else is having the same problem I am.
I've even resorted to looking at the channel.commmethod and mine are
all set to -1. Which I think is correct.
Using: mythbackend setverbose system,commflag
showed that mythcommflag is never called (makes sense as I don't see it
getting queued either.) I do know that mythmetadatalook is getting
queued and works as usual.
If you hadn't posted, my next step was to add jobqueue to see if it
would show any clues about commflag.
I'm currently on v0.28-pre-2222-g21c16e1. If anyone is running on
master and still gets their commercials flagged, knowing what
version you're on might be a help, I could run a git bisect if
there were a good starting place.
Like you, I've also used the GUI to queue the job and it has worked,
so I don't have a good way to get the start of the failure. This:
SELECT starttime,title,commflagged FROM recorded ORDER BY starttime;
might help. Then look at the backend logs for the version/commit.
Based on my output, v0.28-pre-2209-gffef83f *may* be the start of
the issue. So I may try using that as a bisect start.
