You need to install the prerequisites in order to run the grabber and
the utility program.

(You haven't installed the composer pre-requisite)

As to the stability, the server side has been running stable for at
least a few weeks, with some minor tweaks here and there, but core
functionality hasn't changed much. The backend hosts are behind a
loadbalancer, so we're ready to scale if there are performance issues.

I fix bugs as they get reported to me, so the more people that use it,
the better the service will be.
