[mythtv-users] Should I prefer mp4 or mkv in Handbrake output?

I don't think mkvtoolnix will create an MP4 container. I use avconv to
do this. I had to patch avconv to get around a bug/feature  in avconv
and avconv does not do the subtitles, but it does create an MP4 file
that is playable on a DVD player that does not support mkv.
