If the MinnowBoard has the same footprint as a Rpi. (I think it is.) Then
theirs a crowd funded Rpi case called the Plusberry Pi (
www.indiegogo.com/projects/plusberry-pi-cool-media-box-running-on-raspberry-pi)
that looks nice. And theirs 6 days left to fund it with only 6k$ left to go.


 I'm in it for two :)
