Ah, yeah--you wouldn't have any listings data from 1999, so that would 
explain the empty guide.

A better description might have been to say "a guide showing all the 
channels but with 'No data' listed in all the grids of the guide" or 
however it appeared.  I thought you were getting a screen with no guide 
(i.e. no grid) in it.
