Yes, thanks.

I use "user jobs" for quite a while for converting audio-only-recordings
to mp3s etc.

Currently I would like to "compress" or reduce the 1080i-recordings from
DVB-S2 to save space and get rid of the stuttering playback on my old
frontend. That one is gonna be replaced soon, yes.

Maybe I should simply stay with SD-quality for now.

My new TV set is capable but the frontend-hardware seems not ...
