Pleas don't top-post

the DVI definition has the wiring, but without the hardware...
Older video cards often don't.
You can see if your TV can be convinced to receive audio separately
directly from your audio card. But from what I have read here, that
can be a challenge.
All modern video cards I think have hdmi and if so they support audio.
