I get an error like that on basically every file when I do a 
'mythcommflag --rebuild' against all the files.

And most of my files are OTA via Hdhomerun, so I don't think that it is 
anything to do with the actual recordings.
Although I do suspect that I get that error slightly more often when I 
grab a video file from elsewhere (mkv, avi) and include it into the myth 
structure and run mythcommflag. (which I do more for the FF/RW capabiity 
than for the comm skip).
