Well, it seems likely that 4ff7c1fca6999976a16fb14fada66c55c24f514f is
the commit that causes you problems. It is a slightly complex one,
however.
In your front-end logs, look for one of these messages:
Could not allocate format context.
avformat_open_input failed for in ram data after ###ms, retrying in 50ms
FindStreamInfo failed for in ram data after ###ms, retrying in 50ms
Invalid streams found in ram data after ###ms, retrying in 50ms
File successfully opened after ###ms
No streams found in ram data after ###ms, defaulting to in-file
Please post the immediate surroundings. That at least tells us what
code path the player is taking.
Also, you might want to try to ping a dev about this and give them
that commit ID. They would likely be able to sort this out much
faster than I could...
