[mythtv-users] Metadata Lookup Errored in Backend Log - On Every Recording.

I'm bringing this thread back from the dead. I recently tried to turn
on "automatically lookup metadata" option on all my recording profiles but
I noticed that they are still erring out with: Failed with exit status 128.
Does anyone know how to fix this or even debug it? I tried removing the
config.xml again and it didn't fix the issue. I've looked at my
mythpreviewgen logs and I don't see the orphan problem. Any ideas?
