I don't think that was what Hika intended. I haven't looked at Bill's script but if it outputs to the terminal window then something like:
./shortlog.sh mythbackend | pastebinit
Might work depending on where you have placed the script. If it outputs to the terminal window.

But if Bill's script has already generated a file somewhere might as well just pastebin whatever it already generated.
Ie:
cat /path/to/file/name_of_file | pastebinit
