You got it except for one thing.  There should be 2 videosources.
Both PVR 350s should use one source and the HD-PVR should use another.
Each videosource should contain the subset of channels you want the
corresponding device to be able to record.  For example, the
videosource attached to the PVR 350s should probably consist of all
the SD channels and the one attached to the HD-PVR should probably
consist of all the HD channels.
