And it will be possible for you to access the "full raw data".  It's 
still a MySQL database file.  We're just saying we're not going to make 
people install the MySQL server to use it.

Then again, just how raw do you need?  There's always hexdump or hexedit 
or vim with :%!xxd and :%!xxd -r .
