Have you truncated this ? Or is this all you get until you kill it after 4  
mins ?
If so, it shows that everything is working normally until 2 min 39 sec  
into the recording. Is that the programme start ?

I believe ffmpeg is using the ac3 stream. I wonder if the fltp format is  
causing problems...
