[mythtv-users] [OT] Ugrading Mythbuntu 12.04 -> 14.04 "broke" my server hardware.

I made a fresh install of 14.04.1 and restored my database backup. Works
stable. But the nvidia driver does not work as smooth as in 12.04. I have
an old CRT TV and use Nvidia 8200GS card with TV Out (Svideo). In 14.04.1
sometimes a kind of horizontal split (like a horizontal line) is visible.
Seems that the mapping of the X geometry to the TV resolution is a bit
worse. It's old technology so that I don't think nvidia would fix minor
bugs like this.
