Yes, absolutely qt 3.3 and qt4.7 can coexist.  But some
packages (may) depend on qt4.6 (and while qt4.6 and
qt4.7 can coexist, they do, by default, try to occupy
some of the same name space, so one has to relocate
the "other" qt4 elsewhere in the file system hierarchy).

Of course, in the end, an "out of compliance" RHEL
installation (--nodeps) is just another hobby.  One picks
the hobby one prefers.  Sometimes it is based on your
hammer (a sledge will suggest different hobbies than
a embossing jewelry hammer).
