Sounds good.  Thanks for testing.  It would be great if you could reply 
to your ticket that it works and doesn't remove the channels from the SD 
lineup.  We do need to update the help text (and maybe even the log).  
There's not really any reason to remove actual channels from the lineup 
now that SD is a paid-for service (whereas when it was free, we were 
trying to be extra nice to TMS's servers), so the TODO could be changed, 
and possibly even the argument (i.e. either make it work via 
--only-update-guide or add a new argument--but either way, still 
recognize --remove-new-channels for a while).

I'll try to talk to Stuart M (who may still handle this ticket, even 
though he's not in the US and usually lets someone who is in the US 
handle the SD-related ones) to recommend these updates in addition to 
(or instead of) mentioning that --only-update-guide is XMLTV only.
